NWO organiseert jaarlijks Bessensap. Dit evenement brengt journalisten, redacteuren, voorlichters en mediagenieke onderzoekers dichter bij elkaar. Het motto: wetenschap ontmoet pers, pers ontmoet wetenschap. Dit jaar zal ik een presentatie geven over ons onderzoek naar de Publicatie Assistent. Deze toepassing selecteert referenties die voor specifieke wetenschappers relevant zijn, op basis van een geheugenmodel dat wij ontwikkeld hebben.

Postdoc at Multi-Agent Systems group

As of July 1st I will be a postdoctoral researcher in the multi-agent systems group at the University of Groningen. I will be affiliated with the NWO Vici project "Cognitive Systems in Interaction", for which I will study the cognitive constraints on social interaction. In particular, I will study the cognitive constraints on higher-order social cognition. That is, reasoning about what you think that others think (that you think).

OPTIMA is part of the I2RP-project, which in turn is part of ToKeN. ToKeN is an acronym for TOwards Knowledge Engineering Netherlands. ToKeN is a NWO-funded research programme directed at cross-over between knowledge engineers and industry, specifically in the fields of law, health care, and cultural heritage.
