Argumentation stages with structured arguments

For unstructured arguments, any defeat status assignment could be an argumentation stage.

For structured arguments, a defeat status assignment must obey the following two structural constraints:

1. If an argument is undefeated, none of its initials is defeated.

2. If an argument is defeated, none of its narrowings is undefeated.
