ACT-R Spring School & Workshop
ACT-R is a cognitive theory and simulation system for developing cognitive models for tasks that vary from simple reaction time experiments to driving a car, learning algebra and air traffic control. Following previous ACT-R events in 2010 and 2011, the University of Groningen will again host a spring school and workshop in spring 2013. The Spring School will take the form of a four-day course, from April 8-11, followed by a two-day workshop on April 12 and 13. Organized parallel to the spring school, we also organize a master class that offers the opportunity for modelers to work on their own projects with guidance from experienced ACT-R modelers.
We are pleased to announce two world-class keynote speakers for the workshop: Wayne Gray from RPI and Andrew Howes from the University of Birmingham.
The schedules for the spring school and workshop are now available.
Organizers
The spring school is organized by Niels Taatgen, Hedderik van Rijn, and Jelmer Borst.
